Invasion Games are played with two teams, each team is trying to score more points than the other, whilst also attempting to minimize the score against themselves, to do so emphasis is placed on maintaining possession. Depending on the game being played, a score is counted when either; the ball is carried/caught across the line, thrown or shot into a target or struck with a foot into a target area.
